The Pixel 7a ships a 6.1-inch panel at 1080×2400 431 pixels per inch. Like most modern phones, it renders the interface at a scaled-down logical resolution, so websites see a much smaller viewport than the panel's native pixel count — that's the device pixel ratio at work.

The 2023 a-series brought a faster panel to Google's budget line for the first time: a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED at 90Hz, up from the flat 60Hz of every previous a-model.
