The iPhone 12 Pro ships a 6.1-inch panel at 1170×2532 — 457 pixels per inch. Like most modern phones, it renders the interface at a scaled-down logical resolution, so websites see a much smaller viewport than the panel's native pixel count — that's the device pixel ratio at work.

The iPhone 12 generation moved the entire lineup to OLED, and the 12 Pro's 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR panel set the 1170×2532, 460 PPI template that Apple's standard size would keep for years.
