Galaxy S25 Ultra display

The Galaxy S25 Ultra ships a 6.9-inch panel at 1440×3120 — 498 pixels per inch, refreshing at up to 120Hz. Like most modern phones, it renders the interface at a scaled-down logical resolution, so websites see a much smaller viewport than the panel's native pixel count — that's the device pixel ratio at work.

A 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X with LTPO 1–120Hz and Gorilla Armor 2's anti-reflective coating. Like every recent Ultra, it ships rendering at FHD+ by default — the full 1440×3120 is a settings toggle away.
